VarsityDonuts is operated by Phonixim Holdings Pty Ltd (Registration No: 2025/690545/07), a company registered in South Africa. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
2. Ordering
Orders can be placed via our website's Customize section or via WhatsApp. All orders are subject to confirmation and product availability. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
3. Pricing
Our standard box price is R30 per box, subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed prices at the time of order will be honoured for that order.
4. Payment
We accept cash on delivery/collection and EFT (bank transfer). Full payment is required to confirm your order.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver within Gauteng, South Africa only. Orders placed before 12PM qualify for same-day delivery. Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
As our products are freshly made and perishable, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
